Q. What should I do if my tracking number says my package was delivered, but I did not receive it?
A. Once your package is released to the shipping facility it is no longer the responsibility of Totally Snatched. You will have to file a claim with the United States Postal Service to track your package and resolve your issue.
Q. How soon will I get my order ?

A. If you order before 3pm your order will be shipped same day. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. 

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 2-5 business days. Certain products may have longer processing times.

 How does the pre order program work?

Items available for pre-order will be shown on the product page with the expected ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will. be taken up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service. 

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received. We are not able to split orders and ship available items first.

If you wish to purchase pre-order items and ship items together, we suggest placing the orders together

 

Q. How will I know my order has shipped ? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information. 

Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

Q. How should I wash my Totally Snatched sets?
A. We suggest washing your sets in cold water and on the gentle cycle. Dryer sets at the lowest heat setting to preserve color and the logo.

Q. How often do you update the site?
A. Our site is updated weekly.

Q. What is the return policy?
A. We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Q. What sizes does your one size fits most sets fit?
A. Our one size fits most sets fit sizes 2-12.
Q. Do you carry plus size?
A. We do carry a few plus size pieces and will be adding to the collection.
Q.Do you offer pick up?
A. Yes, once you checkout you will see a pick up option. Your order will be available for pick up minimum 2 hours after your payment has been processed. The address for pick up is 3360 Buena Vista Road Suite 13 Columbus, Ga 31907.
Monday- Saturday 10am-5pm
Sunday 12pm-3pm

Q.Can I add to an existing order?
A. Once an order has been placed we can not add to or edit the order.


Q. Can I cancel my order once it’s been place if I change my mind?
A. Once an order has been placed and completed you can not cancel but have to follow the exchange policy.
Q. What are your hours of operation? 
A. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm EST. Emails are answered during business hours only. Please allow up to 72 hours for a reply.
Q. Can my pictures be used by Totally Snatched?
A. The Totally Snatched LLC has the right to use pictures and/or videos submitted voluntarily by customers for any use to include social media posting, website useage, and or email and text message marketing.
